The hotel is ideally located across from Wrigley Field, making it a prime spot for Cubs fans and those looking to explore the vibrant area. The staff is attentive and friendly, though there were some issues with payment handling. The dining options are good but could use improvement. The staff was very welcoming and even waited for me right at the curb. However, there was a mix-up with the payment where it was deducted twice, and the refund process wasn't smooth. Despite this, their friendliness and attentiveness left a positive impression.

The location is fantastic, directly across from Wrigley Field and surrounded by great shops and restaurants. It's a perfect spot if you're in town to catch a Cubs game. The only downside was not having exclusive access to the patio for hotel guests, especially given the high price of $600 per night.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds, and the WiFi connection was excellent. It felt cozy and appealing overall, although the room was a bit small. The service was mostly good with friendly and helpful staff, although there were some hiccups like being charged twice and not refunded properly, and a minor inconvenience with waiting for the taxi. The location was fantastic, right opposite Wrigley Field, the Christkindle Market, and many fabulous shops and restaurants, even if I couldn't access the patio for lunch. The dining experience was good, but having to go downstairs for coffee was a slight downside. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
